lela shields

i think i've posted about lela shields' work before, but i stopped by her website this morning and couldn't resist sharing some of the images o found so compelling. her website is a bit out of date it seems, and it's just making me wish i could see the artwork she's creating these days!

so then, when i googled her, ifound that she's represented by plus gallery, one of the best galleries in denver that i used to love visiting when i lived in boulder-- next time i'm there i'll have to go see if i can see her work in person.
