new painting: sometimes you just meet someone
not much to say about this one..... you can make up your own story about it. :)
it is 24x24", acrylic, oil, rubber block stamping (hand-carved) and india ink on masonite. have i told you how excited i am about this show that all these paintings are for??
for anyone in the area, the opening of this show is going to be friday november 7th at art & light gallery in greenville, south carolina, which is the most charming gallery ever. really, it is! and there are many wonderful artists that work in the building-- more on them soon!

I love the yellow in this. Yellow isn't usually a color I love, but it really makes this piece jump out and grab you.
