fantastic illustrations

my best friend becca gave me this book as a bridesmaid gift at her wedding, and i just adore it. i love san francisco, even though i haven't spent much time there at all. my friend and i in college had a vision of all of us living in san francisco nead each other, and becca bought me the book to remind me. (heart heart) it is by miroslav sasek, and he wrote all these great children's books about different areas of the world.
